When Gateway Casinos wanted to optimize their Players Club email marketing strategy, they bet and won big with Wayside. Their current CRM system was labour intensive and lacked both flexibility and functionality. Wayside developed a custom solution for Gateway that improved both open and redemption rates, provided valuable analytics for remarketing, and significantly improved the customer experience. In addition to providing personalized marketing for 12 individually branded casinos via a single campaign effort, Gateway’s new CRM system was able to present multiple tailored offers, customers were given the opportunity to choose which offer to redeem, and valuable insight was gained on the strength of various incentives and the overall campaign cycle.
